Burton is right he killed dogs, the longer he sits in prison, the more money out of our pockets to keep him there. I say fine him a few million, give some to PETA to keep them quiet, give a few bucks back to residents of the State of Virginia, and then put him in a locked cage for 20 or 30 minutes with 10 pissed off pit bulls and call it even.
